My experience encompasses undergraduate and postgraduate nursing education, where I have mentored countless students to achieve their academic and professional goals.
I have authored numerous research papers published in reputed national and international journals, showcasing my commitment to advancing the nursing profession. My active participation in conferences and workshops has provided me with opportunities to present my research studies on various esteemed platforms, contributing to meaningful discussions in the field.
As a principal, I strive to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment. I believe in nurturing critical thinking, clinical expertise, and research acumen in students, empowering them to become compassionate and skilled nursing professionals. My extensive experience in academics and clinical practice allows me to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, equipping students to excel in their careers.
